- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access time, which our hosting provider records automatically for security and abuse prevention.
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and we do not set tracking cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To reply to questions or messages you send through the contact form.
- To prevent spam and misuse of the website.
Form data is processed based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending.
4. Third-party providers
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Resend: delivers contact form messages to our team by email.
These providers may process data outside Indonesia. We only use services that provide an adequate level of data protection.
5. How long we keep data
Contact form messages are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to respond and follow up. After that, they are deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept according to our hosting provider's policies.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- withdraw the consent you have given.
